Volunteering For Project Access 2016

WHEN: Monday and Tuesday morning, May 16 and 17, varying time slots

WHERE: 10 schools within 10 miles of The Grand Hyatt San Antonio; transportation will be provided to and from the hotel.

WHY: to inspire and motivate underrepresented minority youth to pursue a rewarding career as a PA.

HOW: Sign up for one of three slots: *Lead to coordinate the meet-up efforts of your group and lead/facilitate the presentation at your assigned site (prefer someone who has done at least 2 site visits before), *Member to help facilitate the presentations, or *Student.  

******Once all time slots have been filled, each volunteer will be contacted to confirm date, time, location of their assignment, team members and other pertinent information (by May 10).*****

Kick-Off Meeting

May. 15, 2016
Mandatory Meeting For Those Who Have Signed Up.
There will be a mandatory Kick-Off Meeting at the host hotel on Sunday, May 15 from 5-6 pm in the Republic BC room (4th floor) to go over the PowerPoint presentation and give-aways. PA informational brochures will be given out.

**If you will be unable to make it to the Kick-Off Meeting but would still like to participate, please contact Ashley Smith BEFORE Friday, May 13: OR 703-667-4321.

Interested In Sharing Your Story

Interested in being videtaped discussing your PA journey to be used for Project Access promotional materials. Contact Seán, to set up an interview. Interview times are flexible and can be made to fit your schedule and should take up no more than 15 minutes of your time.
